Affirmations – Confirm that You Deserve the Best

Read the set of related affirmations in this post aloud. It’s important to your conscious and subconscious mind to hear the affirmations said in your own voice. Choose one or two of the affirmations from the set to start working with. You only need one or two affirmations, used consistently, to make a substantial change in your life.

Affirmations are most effective when said aloud. Studies have proven that it’s impossible to think a negative thought and make a positive statement aloud at the same time. Use this principle to halt negative thoughts in their tracks and turn them around.

Say your chosen affirmation loud enough for your mind to hear your voice saying the words and take notice of how you feel as you begin and as you continue your practice. Feeling better? Repeat your chosen affirmation at least twice a day – morning, and night – for at least 30 days, and reinforce your affirmation by writing it in your journal.

Affirmations are powerful, positive sentences that can change your mindset. Don’t focus on challenges and lack, but on healthy self-esteem and unshakeable self-confidence. You can leverage the power of affirmations in your life by beginning an affirmation practice – using one or two favorite affirmations over the course of 30 to 60 days to permanently change your mindset and by extension, your life.

Say it with me: “I Deserve the Best.” Did that feel strange? Did you DO it? How you think about yourself, how you feel about yourself, and what you SAY about yourself are the foundation blocks to establishing and maintaining healthy self-esteem and plentiful self-confidence.

Without a good foundation, nothing can be built. A house with a crumbling foundation won’t stand the test of time, and so, a person with a weak foundation won’t be able to realize their personal potential. People who reach the heights of personal development have done extensive work on themselves. Perhaps they started life with a good foundation – a happy family, a good education, good health (physical and emotional), and they just kept building on that good foundation to create the skyscraper of a life they now live.

Others of us have not had quite the same good foundation. We lost parents (or good parental influence) early in life, didn’t have access to the best educational tools, or suffered from health challenges. For some people, this meant that they’d NEVER reach their personal potential because they didn’t know of a way to turn their circumstances around. For some people, their difficult beginning was the motivation they needed to keep striving for more – to dig out the weak foundation and replace it with strong building blocks. Once the new foundation was laid, adding to the strength and depth of the personal structure that was their life wasn’t easy, but they just kept on building.

No matter where you started, you CAN build a strong foundation. Begin right where you are, now, today, with the affirmations in this post. Until you can convince YOURSELF that you deserve the best, you may unconsciously sabotage your own efforts. For the next 30 to 60 days, choose one or two of the affirmations to become part of your daily routine.

Invest in your personal foundation and start building toward the strong and positive life you DESERVE to lead. Believe that you deserve the BEST – and reinforce that belief with daily practice using these affirmations.

I have a positive impact on everyone I meet, and I inspire others, as well as myself.

Today is a wonderful day and I will take control.

My problems do not push me, my dreams do.

I work hard and I have earned my success.

I move closer to my goals with each passing day.

I am focused, I am motivated, and I deserve everything I desire.

I increase the volume of positivity while turning down the negativity.

I am self-sufficient, I am independent, I am hard-working.

I am capable of being whatever I want to be.

I am grateful for what I have, but I know I deserve more.

I am an unstoppable force.

I inspire others with my work and focus.

My past does not define me, I embrace the moment while driving towards my future.

I rise above negative thoughts and embrace positivity.

I will be a productive force for good today.

I am focused, I am intelligent, and I have earned my shot.

I have faced tough times and come out on top before, and I will do it again.

I don’t waste moments; I squeeze value from every second I live.

I belong here.

I may have made mistakes in my past, but I have learned from them and moved on.
