I Make the Best Out of Any Situation

Read the affirmation below aloud. Loud enough for your mind to hear your voice saying the words and notice how you feel. Feeling better? Repeat this affirmation at least twice a day – morning, and night – for 21 to 28 days.

Affirmations are powerful, positive sentences that can change your mindset. Don’t focus on challenges and lack, but on healthy self-esteem and unshakeable self-confidence.

Comment below that you’ve started this process. Add entries in your journal each day as to how you’re feeling. Note the positive changes you’ve made and celebrate them! Send me a note using the contact form and let me know how you’re doing!

I make the best out of any situation.

Every situation has advantages and disadvantages. I choose to focus on the advantages. When I find an advantage, I do what I can to utilize it to the best of my ability. When I live my life this way, I can be happy nearly all the time.

In the past, challenging situations would sometimes get me down, changing my attitude for the worse. But when facing a challenging situation now, I immediately look for the positive. There is always something positive in every situation – something to celebrate, something to learn, or confirmation.

While some circumstances are indeed unpleasant, I make the best of them. They provide perfect opportunities to simply focus on the most positive aspect of the situation and to ensure I retain the lesson, not the challenge.

When facing a difficult situation, I ask myself what I can do to make it more enjoyable – or at least bearable. There is always a silver lining. I also enjoy helping others through challenging times. Helping others takes my focus off of myself.

I affirm and believe that better times are ahead.

Things always get better. Today’s challenges only serve to make the future more enjoyable. My best days often come after negative situations.

Today, I seek out the positive aspects of every event. I find opportunities to smile. I make the best out of any situation.
