My Positive Outlook and Generous Attitude Flow from Within Me

Read the affirmation below out loud. Loud enough for your mind to hear your voice saying the words and take notice of how you feel as you begin, and as you continue the practice. Feeling better? Repeat this affirmation at least twice a day – morning, and night – for at least 30 days, and reinforce your affirmation by writing it in your journal.

Affirmations are powerful, positive sentences that can change your mindset. Don’t focus on challenges and lack, but on healthy self-esteem and unshakeable self-confidence. You can leverage the power of affirmations in your life by beginning an affirmation practice – using one or two favorite affirmations over the course of 30 to 60 days to permanently change your mindset and by extension, your life.

Comment below that you’ve started this process. Add entries in your journal each day as to how you’re feeling. Note the positive changes you’ve made and celebrate them! Send me a note using the contact form and let me know how you’re doing!

My words and actions dictate my character and show others what I am truly made of.

I am committed to maintaining a positive outlook and generous attitude.

Even the most frustrating situations are manageable when I stay positive. Instead of viewing a situation as disastrous, I view it as an opportunity to create a positive impact. My ability to shine exists because of my dedication to keeping my head held high.

People in my life are rarely intimidated by me because they know that I am honest and open. It is easy for them to come and discuss anything with me. I am happy to share my wisdom when asked, and I’m empowered by the trust shown in me by people in my life.

Maintaining a positive outlook means that I am expecting a favorable outcome from each situation that I encounter. As a result, I look on the bright side of situations and intentionally expect positive resolutions.

I find quick solutions to the challenges I face.

Generosity is the formula for building strong relationships. Before beginning a conversation with someone, I remind myself to listen and share generously from within my heart, my knowledge, and my spirit.

As a generous listener, I am open to the expressions of others.

It means staying away from imposing my personal beliefs on those around me. Sharing generously also has a positive effect on my communications.

People easily identify my true, authentic nature when they first meet me. I ensure that the first impression I relay is one that shows my commitment to constructive conversation and uplifting communication.

Today, the strength of my soul guides my journey of positive living.

I embrace each chance I get to make a positive impact on someone else’s life. To touch someone else positively helps them, but also empowers, recharges, and helps me.
