I Have the Answers

Read the affirmation below aloud. Loud enough for your mind to hear your voice saying the words and notice how you feel. Feeling better? Repeat this affirmation at least twice a day – morning, and night – for 21 to 28 days.

Affirmations are powerful, positive sentences that can change your mindset. Don’t focus on challenges and lack, but on healthy self-esteem and unshakeable self-confidence.

Comment below that you’ve started this process. Add entries in your journal each day as to how you’re feeling. Note the positive changes you’ve made and celebrate them! Send me a note using the contact form and let me know how you’re doing!

I have the answers.

I have confidence in my knowledge and wisdom. I already possess many of the answers that I am seeking. I make sound decisions when I listen to my inner voice.

I face my past.

I take responsibility for my actions and recognize patterns that I want to change, knowing that I have the power to change them. I find gratification in my accomplishments and the challenges that I have overcome. Reviewing my successes inspires me to keep learning and growing.

I accept my feelings.

I treat myself with compassion when I am angry or sad. I look for the underlying causes so I can address them. I examine my beliefs. I revise assumptions that hold me back. I choose to interpret situations in a way that helps me to move forward.

I pay attention to my body.

Healthy habits help me to stay fit and manage stress. If I seem ill or feel less than my best, I take time off from exercise and strenuous activities or see my doctor.

I respect my needs.

I care about my physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, and make each aspect of my total being a priority in my schedule. I take care of my physical, mental, and spiritual needs with the intention of building up my strength and my ability to handle whatever comes my way.

I evaluate information and consider feedback.

I discuss ideas with others and keep up with the news that can enhance my life. I am confident in my ability to discern what I should keep and what I should toss aside related to the information that comes to me. I am grateful for outside assistance while I determine what is suitable for me.

I practice mindfulness.

Increasing my self-knowledge and awareness allows me to hear my inner voice clearly and distinctly. I screen out distractions and clarify my values. I connect with my faith. Spiritual teachings guide me and provide a foundation for my convictions.

Today, I listen to myself. I look within to find guidance and answers.
